Shipping And Customs
- Shipping fees are $6.00 for the USA and Canada, and $12.00 for other countries, unless otherwise stated. (Yes - we ship internationally!)
- We recommend insurance especially for expensive purchases, and our policy
is to always insure foreign shipments. To insure foreign shipments, we are required
to use "Global Priority", with
a $24 minimum charge, plus the insurance. A typical shipment (such
as a whistle) might be around $30.00 US, or more, depending on the
insurance. Shipping expenses may be charged with a second charge to you
credit card, after we actually ship.
- We ship by priority mail, with tracking. For other countries, actual shipping will be added.
- Courier Service: We can ship by
UPS, for example, which CAN be faster and more dependable. However, this
is usually about three times as expensive as the Postal Service.
- If Express Mail or insurance is required, that will also be added to the shipping fees.
- Shipping fees will not appear in the shopping cart,
but will be added before charging your credit card.
- Customs: Some other countries will add an import
duty fee to your order, when it arrives. We never know how much, or even whether
your item might slip through your customs without any fee at all. Musical
instruments tend to be charged more often than other types of goods. If
you are concerned, you must call Customs in your own country for their
policy.
