The honeycomb enclosure of ATH AD700X is made of lightweight aluminum and has outstanding acoustic qualities. The self-adjusting 3D Wing Support ensures a pleasant listening experience, while the entire ear-fit design reduces pressure.

In addition to that, ATH AD700X has a 700-mW maximum input power. The Audio-Technica ATH AD700X are open-back headphones with above-average sound quality. If you want to buy headphones for critical listening at a low price, these can do the job.

The thing with AD500X is, it is not really suitable for small heads and we did not really like the quality of sound when compared with AD700X. The sound was just not clear enough.
